Unquestionably one of South Africa’s brightest talents, Shimza the Tembisa-born DJ & producer is a force to be reckoned with.
Nicknamed the “Effect Master’ and ’Vinyl Assassin’ by many adoring fans, Shimza was originally signed to the Soulistic Music record label, taking up his place on a roster of internationally established artists including Black Coffee and Culoe De Song.
Shimza’s infectious and creative playing style will blow you away and Proud City’s Illicit glamour and opulent decor is the perfect backdrop for this intimate showcase.
